Garnet, gold fill.

Working with red garnet brings me back to my introduction to jewelry through my paternal grandmother. She cherished her garnet rings and earrings, wearing them on special occasions. Now, I reflect on those memories and the significance garnet holds in my life, especially since I now own those precious heirlooms.

This necklace has a modern feel to it, yet at the same time it has a Victorian edge to it. 

Necklace is adjustable from 16" to 18".
